Description
"Quadributions" is a new model designed to help individuals and groups to pay attention to four different aspects of what is going on for them and to help coaches and facilitators to track where their clients' attention is, i.e. whether they are talking about something that...
- Is happening and is wanted - a resource?
- Is happening and isn’t wanted - a problem?
- Isn’t happening and is wanted - a desired outcome?
- Isn’t happening and isn’t wanted - an undesired outcome?
During this interactive 2-hour webinar, Caitlin will discuss and demonstrate how she uses it when working with a small group.
This is the second of three webinars on this topic. The first one focuses on using the model in one-to-one coaching contexts. This Part 2 will be about using the model with groups and Part 3 (to follow) will be about teaching the model to a group.
We strongly recommend you attend Part 1 first, before joining this webinar.
